Six people lead the studio. Around them is a bench of carpenters, painters, tile setters, and electricians who prefer a short punch list. You will meet the lead on day one and still see that person on the last walk.

How we work beside you
The first visit is a walk, not a pitch. We ask who cooks, who bathes first, where the shoes land, and which piece of furniture is not allowed to leave. Those answers become the brief. The brief becomes drawings. Drawings become a sample board you can hold.
During construction the project lead writes twice a week. Photos show progress and also the parts still unfinished, so the house never looks more done in a message than it does in the room. At the end we adjust hardware, note any paint touch-up, and leave the care sheet in a drawer you actually open.
