A few notes households send before the first walk.
How soon can a room begin?
Refresh work often starts within a few weeks. A full remodel waits on drawings, orders, and the season you can spare the room. We will name a realistic window in the first reply.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Usually, yes. We phase noisy days, protect paths, and tell you which rooms close. A whole-house plan is sequenced so one living space stays usable.
What should we send with the first email?
The room name, what fails, a rough size if you know it, and two photos in daylight. A budget range helps us suggest the right planning path.
